As difficult as it is to say, I have broken a few promises that I have made throughout my lifetime. Not on purpose, mind you, but mostly by omission. Playing is hot conditions can be difficult because of the possibility of dehydration. Always carry some water with you so you will stay hydrated throughout play. Check the course rules to make sure that you are allowed to bring on your own beverages. If not, you’ll be able to buy them from the traveling vendor on the course. Wear a cap to keep your head from overheating. If you get extremely hot, wet your golf towel and put it on your neck to help you cool down. Rest between holes if you need to and stay in the shade as much as possible.
Including more foods such as whole grains, fruits and vegetables, lean meats and plenty of dairy products are what will allow you to get taller fast. You really need to watch what you put in your body day after day, doing so will help you reach a height you feel more confident with.
